Q&A 👉 What is the size of the studio?

Our studio is a 40'x 60' sq. ft. rectangle with a white 16'x 36' cyclorama on one end. We have a grid in the 16 ft. ceiling above the cyc for hanging lighting. A very unique feature of our studio is the white flat bounce suspended in the ceiling. The 10'x26' bounce can be positioned about anywhere in the studio, as it slides on a 40ft track and has a winch to lower or raise it to your desired height. We have a "green room" off the studio that has a little kitchenette and hair/makeup bar as well. Plenty of bathrooms are available in the building for any size production. The large garage door allows for an easy load-in of equipment from the parking lot. It also allows for the entry of large vehicles into the studio for shooting, or for equipment transfer if needed.

Q&A 👉 Is the studio a good space for recording videos with audio?

Yes, and no, depends…but mostly “yes”. The studio was built with sound proofing in mind. We have a large sound door blocking the street noise. The walls and doors are treated for sound, with sound blankets on the walls. We do share a north wall with the Bright Building event space, and dance music can come through that north wall a bit, and complicate recording. This is usually for a couple hours on Friday and Saturday nights, so it often isn’t an issue with most client. We do out best to help audio projects line up with a schedule that works around these noisier hours when they do overlap with events next door. Feel free to ask us for more info on this if you are concerned about audio with your production.

The studio features 13 evenly distributed 240V wall outlets, each connected to an individual breaker for reliable, dedicated power access. Additionally, Cam Lock connections are available, supporting three phase power for high capacity production needs.

Studio rental includes access to the space only. limited Lighting and additional gear are available to rent as needed.

Q&A 👉 What’s your Cancellation Policy

We reserve your time exclusively, so cancellations impact our ability to rebook the space. Our policy is as follows:

  • 30+ days before your scheduled shoot:
    You will receive a full refund of your 50% deposit

  • Within 30 days of your scheduled shoot:
    The 50% deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited

No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations

  • No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the shoot are non-refundable

  • The full deposit will be forfeited

Rescheduling

  • One-time reschedule may be permitted if requested more than 7 days in advance, subject to availability

Studio Initiated Cancellations

If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

  • A full refund of your deposit, or

  • The option to reschedule
